It ranges from 5-10%, depending on a range of factors – including the price of the property and number of realtors involved.
Do I Have to Pay Additional Fees After Paying for the Property?
It depends on the type of property and the developer’s policy. For instance, some properties in government-approved estates come with free documents, while you’ll be required to pay extra fees in some cases. But when we deal with standalone land owners, you’ll bear the cost of proper documentation.
Can I Pay in Installments?
Some developers or landlords allow installment payment, while such a flexible payment plan isn’t available in some cases. But we can help you find offers that come with flexible payment plans.
